Monday October 19 ~ From Ms. Corso

Good afternoon O’Dea Core Knowledge Elementary Families!

What a wonderful…wonderful day it was to have our third, fourth and fifth graders back at school with us.   It just felt so good.  It is amazing what we become grateful for when it is taken away...and I am so grateful for every single child that came to school today.  Whew…my heart is FULL.

We have had a few questions from families about symptoms and when to stay at home and for how long.  I am attaching a copy of the latest and greatest guide from the district to help provide some clarity.  As always…we are here to help with any clarifications…and we know that there will be questions…please keep them coming.  The guide is here:    Symptom response guide.docx

Thank you…thank you for trusting us with your children during these uncertain times.  We take our jobs and the safety of our school community very seriously…and will continue to get better at what we do every single day.

Much love and support,

Laurie
