We are so excited that you are joining our nest and cannot wait to meet you! Our school is a great place to learn and grow. We can’t wait to meet your little people. On Monday, August 8th, we will hold 20 minute sessions with each kindergartener to get to know them. We will take the time to learn a bit about your child academically and socially. This information will help us build classes. We will let you know your child's teacher by Wednesday, August 10th, so we can meet them (and you!) at our Kinder Picnic on Friday the 12th.

Kindergarteners at O’Dea have a staggered start. That means they only come to school 2 days during the first week. Your child will have one of these start cohorts:
Cohort 1: Tuesday, August 16th and Friday, August 19th
Cohort 2: Wednesday, August 17th and Friday, August 19th
Cohort 3: Thursday, August 18th and Friday, August 19th

Incoming kinder parents will be receiving an email with more information and a link to the Kinder Connections Signup Survey - which includes an opportunity to provide your preferences for staggered start days (we will try to honor requests).
