2019 Spring Musical Club

We have an exciting new opportunity for 4th and 5th grade students here at O’Dea during the spring semester! This after school club is an opportunity for students to participate in a student-led, student-created musical production. Students will have opportunities to participate in many different ways:

  • stage crew
  • sets/props
  • Costumes
  • dance team
  • hair/makeup
  • Photographer/historian
  • Acting, singing, dancing

5th grade students will also have opportunities to take on the leadership roles of Assistant Director, Stage Manager, Sets/Props Captain, Dance Captain, and Costume Manager. Students interested in a leadership role will need to complete and submit a short essay describing their interest in and understanding of the role, and why they would be the best for the job.

*The O’Dea Originals Choir will be joining the Spring Musical as the Chorus, choir members are able to audition for different roles
