Special thanks to all the wonderful thoughts, actions, and celebrations that PTA and parents provided for Staff Appreciation Week – each staff member helps make a positive impact on students, and this is our chance to say thank you.  

JOIN US for our last PTA meeting of the school year, Monday, May 11th at 6:30 pm in the O’Dea media center (snacks and childcare provided). We will be planning Boosterthon for the next school year, fundraising priorities, and planning the 2026-2027 school year. 

Bike to School Day - May 13th - ride your bike, skateboard, or scooter to O’Dea.  We have a group ride being organized and would love you to join!  See this link for information

CORE FAIR Thursday 5:30-7:30 - We can’t wait to see everyone at Core Fair - O’Dea’s annual celebration of learning!  PTA and O’Dea have been working hard to plan an amazing event!

A BIG THANK YOU to the local businesses who have donated to our spring Core Fair: the Clothes Pony, Rollerland, Krazy Karls, Fort Fun, Josh and John’s Ice Cream, Walrus Ice Cream, Chippers Lanes, Ascent Climbing Studio, Old Firehouse Books, Edison’s Ice Cream, Scheels, and the Lyric Cinema. 

Each student who attends Core Fair will get 3 drawing slips to enter to win a prize package donated by local businesses.

Field Day is coming up on Thursday, May 21st. Parents can sign-up to help with the field day stations at the link below or are welcome to come watch! End of Year Items

Lost and Found will be at Core Fair - please pick up any items as we will donate the rest :)

If your child has medication in the Health Office, please pick up before 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. This is a half-day.  Unclaimed medication must be destroyed by state law. Medication cannot be sent home with the child; a parent must pick up.  

Si su hijo tiene medicamentos en la enfermería, por favor recójalos antes de las 11:00 a. m. Del miércoles 27 de mayo de 2026. Ese día es de jornada reducida.  Según la ley estatal, los medicamentos no reclamados deben ser destruidos. Los medicamentos no pueden enviarse a casa con el niño; un padre o tutor debe recogerlos personalmente.

2026-27 Classroom Assignments will be sent home on the last day of school with students.
