We had a great week at O’Dea!  We have O’Dea’s second Family Movie Night of the year on 3/7 – We will be screening The Secret Life of Pets in the gym (doors open at 6:00, and the movie starts 6:30). RSVP Sign Up Coming Next Week!

Spring Book Fair (2/24-2/28) is arriving soon!  We will have a Family Book Fair Breakfast on 2/25 8-9am – Please join us to grab a quick donut and a book as a family!  Also, we will have NEW extended hours on Thursday 8:20-9:00 and 4:00-6:00 pm.   

Don’t forget that we have no school on Monday, 2/17!

Fun Run and PTA Funds Update – We are moving forward with installing new blinds throughout O’Dea, and this should be completed by May 2025!  With the second target – School Marquee – we allocated $20,000 of Fun Run to support this.  Unfortunately, the quote for the School Marquee came out to be higher than projected ($28,000).  We are working to find the final $8,000 this year or will finish fundraising for this initiative next year.  Thanks for all of your support in making O’Dea amazing!  

Believe it or not, we are starting to prepare for the 2025-26 school year!  As we plan for next year, we would like to include parent input and voice to help us make O’Dea an even better school!  In the next two months, we will receive our school budget from the Poudre School District and work to create a staffing plan, building budget, and schedules to guide us next year.  We also develop and refine long-term focus areas based on staff/student/parent input.   This is a great time to provide feedback and voice in the planning for the 2025-26 school year.  This data will be shared with O'Dea's Leadership Team and School Accountability Team.
