Weekly Family Update January 9

We had a fabulous start to 2026!  As a school, we focused on welcoming our students back with love, support, and a deep sense of belonging.  During each morning meeting this week, every teacher prioritized student connections and building classroom culture. We look forward to a wonderful spring full of learning and fun at O’Dea.

We are starting a new O’Dea tradition and inviting all families to help decorate our entryway bulletin board!!  We are creating a wintery front bulletin board to bring some winter cheer and celebrate all families at O’Dea.  We invite all families to create a family snowman to place on our front bulletin board (more information here).  Copies went home with students in Friday folders before break, and here is the flyer if you missed it :)

We will have O'Dea Artwork on display at the Creative Endeavors PSD Art Show!In the O’Dea Art room, each student in Kindergarten through 5th Grade created their own puzzle piece design reflecting their own personal interests and style. These pieces are hung together as a collaborative artwork and will be on display at the Foothills Mall. We invite you to come and see the work that our amazing artists have created, as well as view artwork from all PSD schools!  Creative Endeavors PSD Art Show Information
