O'Dea Owl Families!

There was some confusion about the O'Dea Parade for tonight’s Community Classic at Canvas Stadium (I apologize for this).  For the intermission parade, we were allocated 12 student spots, which we have filled.  Families – please keep your students with you in the stands and cheer for O’Dea during the parade!  If we missed you this year, we will keep you on the list for next year!  

Thanks for a great start to Boosterthon– please help PTA reach our goal of raising $50,000 for O’Dea!!!!  WE have already raised $21,000!!!  These funds will help improve the building (62 years young), fund a new marquee to improve school communication, and fund 21st-century classrooms (providing new and enhanced learning spaces in classrooms – similar to the library media center)!  Special thanks to the PTA for your work in organizing and supporting the Boosterthon 😊!

9/27 Community Classic – High School Football (Timnath vs Wellington @ 4:30 & Rocky vs Poudre @ 7:30) at Canvas Stadium Student entry is FREE.  

Boosterthon Kickoff—Annual O’Dea Fundraiser and Fun Run Family Event (10/4). We partner with the PTA and strive for a $50,000 goal to support O’Dea. The funds will directly support O’Dea Teachers and Students and impact all students at O’Dea! The Boosterthon is a whole-school event where students win prizes for fundraising, and we all rally to support O’Dea. From 9/24 to 10/4, we have daily events, prizes, and fun for all students. We conclude with an all-school Fun Run on 10/4!

• Parents are invited to come watch the 2024-25 Fun Run!  Fun Run Schedule - Fun Run Friday Oct 4: 9:15 – 2nd & 3rd, 10:15 – Kinder & 1st, and 11:15 – 4th & 5th

Volunteers needed for vision and hearing screening on Thursday, October 3, 2024, 8:30 am-12:30 pm.

No experience is necessary! Training will be provided. If you are interested, you can sign up directly by going to Raptor, Clicking on Events, and clicking 'sign-up.' Questions or problems signing up? Contact the health office at 970-488-4456 or email tburnside@psdschools.org.

Parent-teacher conferences are 10/15 (4 pm-8 pm) and 10/17 (8 am-8 pm). Sign-up lists will be coming soon!

Bikes on campus—We love bike riders! Please make sure to dismount once you arrive on campus. For everyone's safety, please walk bikes on all O'Dea sidewalks. 

When picking up or dropping off students, please turn off your engine. Idling creates extra unhealthy air.
